The Workshop on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry (WSE) traditionally brings together researchers and professionals working with ellipsometry and related optical characterization techniques, offering a forum for discussion and networking across academia and industry.
The 13th WSE pushes forward the work of previous editions held in Stuttgart (2000 and 2004), Berlin (2002, 2006, and 2011), Zweibrücken (2009), Leipzig (2012), Dresden (2014), Enschede (2015), Chemnitz (2018), Linz (2021) and Prague (2023).
